My name is Karim Harji. I have diverse experiences across various industries and technologies, and I consider myself a generalist with an ongoing commitment to learning.

I earned my MBA from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business and hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Bioengineering from McMaster University.

I am the founder of two startups: one focused on consulting and the other in HealthTech. In my spare time, I volunteer with the Canadian Cancer Society and play hockey (though I must admit I'm not very good at it).

My goal is to share my past experiences—both successes and failures, and current experiments, adaptations, and learnings as I aspire to become a strong people leader. I encourage you to provide feedback and insights as we go along.
